1. Product Information

What kind of T-shirts do you print on?
We print on high-quality 100% ringspun cotton T-shirts. They’re ultra-soft and comfortable—perfect for everyday wear.

How are the T-shirts printed?
Most of our designs are screen-printed, while some use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, long-lasting color.

What’s the difference between Men’s and Women’s T-shirts?
Our Women’s tees are cut to fit with more room in the chest and waist, and a slightly straighter torso. Men’s tees have a more traditional straight cut from the chest down.

Care Instructions

Tees, Tanks & Hoodies: Machine wash cold with like colors and a mild detergent.

To prevent shrinking: Hang or lay flat to dry.

Want a tighter fit? Wash in hot water and tumble dry low.

 

2. Processing & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Add items to your cart and head to the checkout page for an estimate.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. As we grow, we plan to offer international shipping—check back here for updates!

How long will it take to get my order?
All items are made-to-order. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, but during busy times, it may take up to 3 weeks before shipping.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How do I check my order status?
Log into your account and click “Orders” on the left-hand menu. Click “View Order” to see order and tracking details.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, no. Orders cannot be combined once placed. To ship everything together, be sure to place all items in a single order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but contact us immediately! Select the “Order Modifications” department on our contact form.
We’ll try to catch it before it ships, but due to the custom nature of each order, changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final.
If you need to modify your order shortly after placing it, select “Order Modifications” on our contact form.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send a photo using our contact form and we’ll work to replace the item.

My shirt has a smell. Is that normal?
Yes! DTG-printed shirts are pre-treated with a solution that may have a mild odor. This is normal and washes out after the first wash.

What if my order is lost or hasn’t arrived?

Just received a tracking number?
Give it 24–48 hours to update on USPS.com.

Tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get it?
Wait 24 hours—sometimes USPS marks items as delivered early.
Check with neighbors or household members.

Still can’t find it?
Contact your local post office and then reach out to us via the “Support” department on our contact form.
We’ll help track it down or issue a replacement if eligible.
⚠️ You must contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.

 

4. Account Information

How do I create an account?
Click “Login” at the top of the page or create an account here. Welcome aboard!

How do I update my billing or shipping address?

Log in to your account.

Click “Addresses” on the left.

Click “Edit” under Billing or Shipping, as needed.

How can I view my past orders?
Log in and click “Orders” on your dashboard to see your order history.

Can I change my username?
Not through your account, but we can help!
Use the contact form, select “Support”, and provide:

Current account email

Current username

Desired new username
We’ll verify your info and confirm by email.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account.

Go to “Account Details”.

Scroll down to “Password Change”, fill out the fields, and click save.
